Brian Cox

During his time at The Callaway Bank, Brian Cox has worn many hats. He first joined the team in 2011 before returning in 2021. From serving as a branch manager to becoming a small business lender, he’s now found his calling as the Director of Training and Development.

In his current role, Brian welcomes new employees into the TCB family, helping them get their footing and setting them up for success in their new roles. He also offers ongoing training for team members across the organization, taking pride in assisting others with developing leadership skills and honing managerial qualities.

While he may technically be a Texas native, it’s harder to find a truer Missourian. Not only is Brian dedicated to helping his co-workers excel in their day-to-day lives, but he’s also heavily involved in the community. You can find him volunteering for a variety of local organizations, including previously serving as a campaign coordinator and chairperson for the United Way. 

Even with his packed schedule, Brian always makes room to spend quality time with friends and family. When the world-traveler isn’t checking off locations on his bucket list, you can catch him on the weekends at the grill or smoker cooking a delicious meal. Brian’s also a professional musician, playing guitar for many bands on-stage and in the studio.
