Must have 5–7 years experience in commercial lending and investments. B.S. degree in business, finance and/or accounting preferred. |

Description: |
Primary responsibility is to ensure that all liens are perfected and that all collateral documentation is tracked and monitored. 4-5 years consumer, mortgage, and commercial loan experience with direct experience related to perfecting collateral preferred. Prior experience processing loans or working in a Title Insurance Company is beneficial but not required. Must have strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to excellence in customer service. Strong organizational skills, excellent PC skills: proficient in MS Office, Word, and Excel required. We offer training and a flexible work schedule for the right candidate. |
